Rooms

• When can rooms be occupied, and when do I have to check out?Our rooms can be occupied from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. Upon departure please leave the rooms by 10 a.m. at the latest.
• Is there air conditioning in the room?All of our rooms are air-conditioned; temperature can be controlled with geothermal wall, ceiling and floor cooling that is considered the most modern technology.
• Is there Wi-Fi Internet in the room?The use of the Internet is free of charge in the whole area of the hotel, and the wireless (Wi-Fi) connection is also available. We provide a password at the reception upon check-in.
• Can I smoke in the hotel and the room?Please note that our hotel is a non-smoking facility; our guests can smoke at the designated areas only.
• Can I request a baby bed and diaper desk to the room?For the little ones we place a small bed, a diaper desk, a baby bath tub, potty, kid’s toilet seat, and a little stool to reach the wash-basin, into the room. Upon request we can also provide a baby food warmer and a kettle.
• What means of payment does the hotel accept?Accepted means of payment: Bank card (Visa, Visa Electron, Eurocard Mastercard, Maestro), prior transfer, and cash.
• Are pets welcome in the hotel?You do not have to leave your pet to someone else; small pets are welcome in our hotel for an extra charge (HUF 6,900/night).
• Can I choose a room overlooking the Zalakaros Bath?There are rooms with view to the Zalakaros Bath in each room type (these are the so-called rooms “overlooking the sea”). Please indicate such request in advance.

Wellness

• Does the room price include the use of the wellness facility?The room price includes the unlimited use of the Wellness facility.
• When is the wellness facility open?The Wellness facility is open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. on each day of the week. You can also bath during the night for an extra charge.
• Can I use the wellness facility after checking out?On the day of checking out of the hotel (even after check-out) our guests can use the Wellness facility and, in summer, also the strand, for a fee.
• Where can I get a sauna sheet?We provide sauna sheets to all guests free of charge, which you can request at our colleague in the Wellness facility.
• Are bathrobes and wellness towels included in the room price?We provide a bathrobe to each guest free of charge. Towels can be changed several times at our colleague in the Wellness facility.
• What can I do if I failed to bring slippers? Can I enter the pool area without them?If you forgot to bring slippers, you can ask for them at the hotel reception free of charge.
• Is the wellness facility open also to non-hotel guests?Yes, for an additional charge. Please contact us for the exact price.
