The indicated prices correspond to gross prices, the tourist tax is not included! The rate of tourist tax in 2023 is HUF 550/person/night. (The tourist tax is payable from the age of 18). You can find information about our special periods here.

The New Year’s Eve gala dinner costs HUF 45,000/person (mandatory).

Our prices are valid for accommodation in the same room as the parents. The child’s age is the total number of years completed on the day of arrival. Child discounts are only valid for the arrival of at least 2 full-price adults.

The free child discount applies to as many children as the number of full-price guests staying in the same room. In the case of 1 adult and 1 free child, we charge a single supplement for the adult. For additional children under the age of 6, we charge the discounted price for children between the ages of 6 and 12.

When booking a single room, the single supplement must be paid, because there are no single rooms in the hotel.

The all-inclusive service is valid from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on the days in between, all drinks are consumed after 9:00 p.m. or before 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival must be paid at the end of your stay! Consumption is possible in the hotel restaurant and on the terrace.

Includes lunch as well as sandwiches and snacks throughout the day.

Cancellation of service
The Guest undertakes to inform the relevant hotel in writing of any possible cancellation, modification or any other change of the services he has ordered before the start of the service.

CANCELLATION POLICY
From the moment you make your reservation, the cancellation conditions and hotel rules will automatically come into effect according to the following and will also be indicated in the confirmation of your reservation.

 

If a state organization or authority takes measures restricting free movement and travel for certain periods, the cancellation conditions stated in our confirmations will no longer apply. Due to force majeure for both parties, reservations can be canceled free of charge. In the event of cancellation, we will issue a voucher equal to the value of the advance payments or reservations already paid, which can be used as an advance payment for any subsequent reservation within two years from the date of issue.

The accommodation order can be canceled without obligation to pay more than 15 days before arrival
30% of the amount to be paid between 14 and 7 days before arrival
between 6 and 3 days before arrival, 50% of the amount to be paid
100% of the amount to be paid will be invoiced from 3 days before arrival to the day of arrival, or in case of non-cancellation.
We can only accept cancellations in writing!

Tourist tax and parking fees CANNOT be paid with the Szép Kártya!

The hotel room can be reserved from 14:00 and can be used until 10:00 on the last day.

Late check-out can be requested, subject to availability! In any case, please vacate the rooms by 1:00 p.m.!

On the day of departure, after leaving the room, the use of the wellness is possible until 9:00 p.m., for an additional fee, which is as follows:

From 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.: HUF 2,000 per person
From 10:00 to 16:00: HUF 5,000 / person
From 10:00 to 21:00: HUF 6,000 / person
